美國國家環境衛生研究院(NIEHS)發布5個有機磷阻燃劑之體內重複劑量生物效應研究報告

美國國家環境衛生科學研究所轉譯毒理學部門(the Division of Translational Toxicology, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences)針對5種有機磷阻燃劑進行雄性SD大鼠之體內重複劑量生物效應研究(胃管餵食)。5種有機磷阻燃劑包括2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯(2-Ethylhexyl Diphenyl Phosphate, EHDP)、磷酸叔丁基苯二苯酯(tert-Butylphenyl Diphenyl Phosphate, BPDP)、異癸基二苯基磷酸酯(Isodecyl Diphenyl Phosphate, IDDP)、異丙基磷酸苯酯(Isopropylated Phenol Phosphate, IPP)、磷酸三甲苯酯(Tricresyl Phosphate, TCP)等。連續四天每天一次管餵，測試6種不同劑量，評估標準毒理學量測，並使用Affymetrix微陣列檢定肝臟的基因表現。建立模型以確定毒性終點與肝臟轉錄變化相關的基準劑量(benchmark doses, BMDs)。實驗結果有助於未來對於更敏感的基因群和膽鹼酯酶抑制，以更低劑量獲得更精確的BMD值。5種有機磷阻燃劑之實驗結果請參考完整報告(如下所列)。
